One thing I’ve learned through my time as a wellness coach and graduating with a degree in Health is that wellness is multi-faceted. It’s not just what you eat or how often you work out… It’s hydration, recovery, rest, and giving your body what it’s actually losing when you move and sweat. On Pilates + sauna days, DripDrop Zero Sugar never does me wrong. It helps support my energy, my skin, and how my body feels overall …without added sugar or anything extra I don’t want. It’s a proven hydration formula with electrolytes + 10 vitamins and minerals, and the 40-count Zero Sugar pack is ONLY available on Costco.com (currently $9 off through 1/28). Nothing extreme. Just one small piece of a bigger picture. @drinkdripdrop @costco #partnership #provenhydration #madisonhummingbirds

HAPPY NATIONAL PUMPKIN DAY!!!!! And no this isn’t AI, we do things the old fashioned way in this house, locating gigantic pumpkins and fashioning them as masks. I shall be promptly showering all the pumpkin guts out of my hair lol Halloween is our favorite time of the year, and we swiftly introduced little Henry to the wonders of Charlie Brown, Snoopy, and the gang with this adorable book and of course the classic film 🎃 But for real yall, @costco has jumbo pumpkins for $5.99 if you’re still in need of porch decor!
