"I don't run because I love the feeling of running, I run because it makes me love the feeling of living". -Bonnie Piesfer My love of running allows me to see the world's beauty. And for that, I am forever grateful! . . . #optimism #optoutside #throwbackthursday #tbt #zion #runnersrepost #runhardorgohome #runhappy #runplanet #runitfast #runnershoutouts #inspiringwomenrunners #utahfitspo #utahnamous #womenrunning #brooksrunning #wearetherunners #monitorthebeat #runshots #momentumjewelry #worlderunners #zensah #withoutlimitz #xc #running #fitlife #teamzensah #athlete #acw #brandambassador

Taking more time off running and I have a question for your all....when you are forced to be a slave to the Cardio machines, do you count those miles towards your running miles???? I'm torn, because I have a goal for the year and I don't want to not run so I can achieve my goal. I never do found Cardio machine miles but I'm so tempted to this time! #goals What is your opinion???? I hope you all had an amazing Christmas!!. . . . #beinginjuredsucks #cardioslave #healthyliving #strongisbeautiful #runner #irunthisbody #beatyesterday #wearetherunners #runshots #runstagrammm #runnersrepost #utahfitfam #fitmom #infiniterunners #instarunners #womenrunning #brooksrunning #runhappy #fitness #dedication #zensah #withoutlimitz #xc #running #fitlife #teamzensah #athlete #acw #brandambassador

Those post workout feels! Today's workout was 2x15 minutes thresholds at 6:30 pace (which felt difficult yet easier than I expected..yay!) I have a LOT of work to do but I know I'm headed in the right direction! . . . #halfmarathontraining #happymiles #milesandsmiles #runhappy #runhard #trainhard #iamarunner #iloverunning #runnersrepost #determination #dreambig #fitmom #zensah #withoutlimitz #xc #running #fitlife #teamzensah #athlete #acw #brandambassador #brooksrunning #wearetherunners #runplanet #runitfast #instarunners #runnersofinstagram #motherrunner #instarun #instagood

Wishing it was tank top and shorts weather again! So I decided to break up with running for the week (at least until Friday). I really need to give my hamstring a break. I want to have a strong 2017 race year so it's now or never right?! Listening to our bodies is so critical because we demand so much from them, it's the least we could do is give them a break! A slave to the Cardio machines I'll be! . . . #motivation #dedication #dreambig #noexcuses #iamarunner #iloverunning #runnersrepost #runhardorgohome #runhappy #runplanet #runitfast #runnershoutouts #inspiringwomenrunners #utahfitspo #brooksrunning #wearetherunners #monitorthebeat #runshots #i12run #insiteinsoles #insiteElite #zensah #withoutlimitz #xc #running #fitlife #teamzensah #athlete #acw #brandambassador

I just love this running family of mine! Running down the #stgeorgemarathon course plus down snow Canyon can't be beat! Looking at this picture makes me laugh...Katie @runningourlives and I have the same gloves so it looks like it's my arm from around the back and it's like 15 ft long! I hope everyone had some amazing Saturday miles or races! @_gossy_girl_ @cborenrun . . . #zensah #withoutlimitz #xc #running #fitlife #teamzensah #athlete #acw #brandambassador #milesandsmiles #cantstopwontstop #runner #runspiration #runspo #runnergirl #girlswhorun #infiniterunners #instarunners #momsontherun #runitfast #runnershoutouts #runhappy #brooksrunning #inspiringwomenrunners #iloverunning #utahfitfam #justrun #healthyliving #iifym
