Fitness is so important to me- not because it helps me look “thin” or keeps me in a cycle of trying to look a certain way, but because it empowers me to be the best version of myself. I love my body just the way it is, & moving my body is just another way to show it some love 💕 I love @athleta ’s workout wear because their mission is to inspire women to be active, healthy & confident and to reach their limitless potential. ✨40% of the fabrics they use are also made from sustainable fibers & all of their yoga pants are also SUPER cute & comfy!! This outfit is my new fav💕 thank you @athleta for helping me feel even more confident in my own skin 😍 #powerofshe #ad

I had the privilege of working with @sarahherron and @athleta at SSN Aspen last week. Check out her blog post (link in bio) about her visit to the studio experiencing pilates and aerial silks for the first time. It’s amazing what we can achieve when we push beyond our comfort zones. 📸 @dylan.h.brown I wasn’t always up for anything. In fact, I was generally never up for anything at all. But over time, I learned to bare my heart, my emotions and face my trepidations head on. The most important thing I discovered in this process is that when you have the courage to try something outside of your comfort zone, it gives permission and compassion for others to try, too. So when a package arrived on my doorstep from @Athleta <https://www.instagram.com/Athleta/> with the new #UpForAnything <https://www.instagram.com/explore/tags/upforanything/> tight and a prompt to “try something new and dare a friend, too,” I was up for the challenge. Read my full blog post on trying aerial silks and pilates for the first time last week and share your stories in the comments. I want to know if you are #UpForAnything <https://www.instagram.com/explore/tags/upforanything/> and would love to see your pics of accomplishment! Be sure to tag me :) #ad <https://www.instagram.com/explore/tags/ad/> photo by @dylan.h.brown <https://www.instagram.com/dylan.h.brown/> studio: @sarahsadienewett <https://www.instagram.com/sarahsadienewett/>
