I just took a DNA test to see what I’m actually made of 👀 Not because I think something’s wrong with me but knowledge is power & one thing we’ll all agree is, we’re all different so why would we train/eat the same? 🫠 I’ve been a runner for ages now... But I’ve never actually asked my body what it needs, I’ve just copied the plans & sometimes it’s worked, sometimes I’ve just been left feeling burnt out & a bit of a failure 😭 So I’m sending this off to get the actual science of me.
